Shipping Information

o Standard Shipping All exness items that are in-stock ship within 1-2 business days and will arrive within three to five business days from the ship date. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Due to the custom nature of our items delivery lead times will vary. It is important to note that these are estimated shipping times and are subject to availability of products. If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with a shipment date and you can decide to either keep the order as is, cancel the item or cancel the entire order. If you need to verify stock information and availability prior to placing your order, please contact customer service at Our products have a set or “fixed” price to ship that one item, and that ship price will be noted on the product page. o Second day shipping Two day express delivery is available only for items that we have in-stock. The cost is an additional $19.95 over standard shipping cost calculations for orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states. Orders must be received at FLEABAG by 2:00 pm PST to be delivered within 2 business days. Second day express deliveries do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays, but only during standard business days. Second day express delivery may not be available for items drop shipped from our suppliers and artisans. o Overnight Delivery/Saturday Delivery If you require either overnight or Saturday delivery for your order please contact us directly at (phone number) or by email at We can verify if the item or items are all available for overnight or Saturday delivery as well as quote shipping charges for the order that apply. o International shipping At this time we do not offer international shipping or shipping to Canada via our website. If you are exness trade interested in delivery to any of these locations, please contact us for more information as additional shipping charges, taxes and duties would apply. o Order status & tracking When your order is processed by FLEABAG, a tracking number will be assigned to your package and you will receive an email notification that your package has been sent. The email will include the tracking number for reference. Please note that if you ordered several items, they may not all ship from the same location or ship at the same time. If this is the case, tracking numbers will be assigned to each individual shipment and you will receive notice and tracking numbers as each package is sent.


All items must be returned in their original, unworn and unused condition enclosed in original packaging within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Returned items should be free from dirt and debris (including pet dander). In the event an item is returned in a condition where it cannot be resold, the order will be sent back to you and exness trading additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.
